As we continue to repeat the mistakes of our past, we can’t expect any change or shift to happen.  Our country has seen this before, illness, racism, catastrophic floods, fires and high winds, tragedy and loss. Every beginning has an end, but every ending has a new beginning.

This is our new beginning.  We now have the choice to continue to repeat the mistakes of our past or take action to break the cycle.

Let’s end the chapter of racism.  Now is the time to close the book on the mistakes of our past, and use the wisdom to finally put forth a NEW ‘normal.’  One that is beautiful.  

The new book where Black Lives Matter. One that includes a chapter of everyone voting, everyone participating in the policies and processes of our justice system.  A story about love.  A story that describes fairness, accountability and equality.

We love and support the great cops in our world. We count on and look to you to continue your existing hard work to weed out the bad seeds.

Our Yoga in the Park Series will raise money to support #blacklivesmatter and #greatcops. Each teacher will choose the organization that speaks the most to their heart. Stay tuned for the details.
