Will students be required to wear a mask?

We are following the CDC guidelines: “people are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 ≥2 weeks after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or ≥2 weeks after they have received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson [J&J]/Janssen). Those are are fully vaccinated do not need to wear a mask.”

Will Yoga Innovations offer a a contact-free experience?

Yes, you will check yourself in using your YI app or website and teachers will only use verbal assists in class. You will bring your own mat and props. We also recommend bringing your own towel and water.   

How will the studio be cleaned in between classes?

We will stringently sanitize all studio surfaces, bathroom, floors and high traffic areas.

Will you limit class size?

Yes, class capacity will be limited and mat markers will be in place to help with the transition to 75% capacity.

Will you contact me if someone with COVID-19 was in the studio?

If we become aware of a reported case of COVID-19 in the studio and you had potential contact with the individual, yes, we will notify you within 24 hours. Furthermore, we will take all safety precautions to deep clean and disinfect the studio before reopening for classes.

Trouble accessing your Recorded Library?

First try refreshing your browser, as sometimes this causes issues. Have you updated to Zoom 5.0? That might help too. If you are still having trouble please call the studio at (412) 851- YOGA. If we don’t answer, please leave a message.

What happens if I don’t show up to a class I registered for?

If a cancelation is not made before the class begins, and you do not show up, your pass will be deducted by 1 or if you have an unlimited pass you will be charged $18.

How do I cancel a class I pre-registered for?

Sign into your account and click the X next to you class reservation.

How long will the studio operate on a limited schedule?

There is no sure way to predict the future, but the goal is to add more classes as soon as we can safely do so.

Will I still be able to rent a mat or towel? Or use a block or bolster?

Please bring all of your own props. We do have water fountains to refill your bottles with and refillable cups for sale.

Will you still sell retail?

Yes! But no try-on’s will be allowed at this time.

What are the different membership options?

I have a Karma Pass, will I get the On Demand Library for free?

Yes! All Karma Passes and our Weekly Virtual Studio Pass include the entire On Demand library.
