Megan

Biography:
Megan began to take an interest in yoga while she was in college, but it didn’t become a major part of her life until after she became a mother. Formerly an engineer and math teacher, Megan began practicing yoga in earnest when she stopped working full-time to care for her four children. She completed her 200 hour RYT at Yoga Innovations with Claire in 2018. Megan teaches power flow yoga. Her classes tend to be dynamic, creative flows with an emphasis on mindful movement and breath. Megan’s peers describe her as enthusiastic, thoughtful, and a bit of an overachiever ;).
