Lisa

Biography:
Lisa is a lawyer, a mother, an advocate for women’s health and a yoga teacher. She is passionate about building a diverse professional community in the Pittsburgh area and practicing and teaching yoga. She has practiced primarily heated power yoga for about seven years and she completed her 200-hour power flow teacher training through Yoga Innovations in 2019. For Lisa, power yoga is the perfect mixture of exercise, relaxation and detoxification. Her debut class, “Breathe, Sweat & Flow”, sought to capture the elements of yoga she seeks as a student. Lisa creates the sequences she would like to practice, developing the poses thoughtfully and intentionally, and then leading her classes through the flow to build heat and strength.
