Biography:
Always physically active, yoga seemed to pop up into Brittany’s life several times, but it wasn’t until after she had her first child that she began to practice regularly. She was searching for something to ground her and to give her peace of mind. She got that and so much more. Yoga gave her a safe place to connect her mind, body and soul. A place to explore her spirituality, while also providing her with mental and physical support.
