New to yoga? This is the class for you! This is the starting point towards the Power Flow classes. We move slowly and break down each pose, including breathing techniques and adjustments to make each pose comfortable, yet challenging. Be ready to sweat, because we practice for sixty minutes in a heated room! The heat simply allows for greater flexibility and detoxification benefits.
